The position of the RTC module on the board remains de same at least since RX v.4xx boards.
Take the picture bellow as a reference and note that to connect the RTC to the RX pcb, you must use the 4 unused holes on the RTC module. Solder 4 pins on it and use them to make the connection to the RX board.
The pins that usually come with the RTC module will stay upside (you can dissolder them for aestetic reasons).

Another small issue I noticed today on my WD. The fan status either says OFF or ONF
may be a coding issue.

And the FAN Led on the TX unit is also switchin ON and OFF?
There isn't any coding issue with the software.
As I already said, trying to get conclusions until you have all the system assembled (RX and TX) and connected with the required outside sensors (Wind, Temp / Hum, rain gauge) can give you unpredictable results. Each unit don't work independently.

Hi all,Well at long last I have some time to post some photos of my long winded construction, which believe me I have enjoyed immensely.
As I stated before I have relatively easy access to my roof via an opening skylight so I mounted my mast and transmitter up there, and because we live in a cyclone rated area (at least according to our insurance company) I decided to mount the mast on the solar hot water system brackets which were designed to withstand cyclonic winds.
Because of the potential high wind speeds I decided to go with Davis anemometer and rain gauges which appear to be of better quality construction than the Fine Offset units (if price is any guide).I have attached photos of various components (Radiation shield with SHT 31D and fan), TX enclosure and board, and solar UV unit (imitation is the sincerest form of flattery; Thanks uncle_bob).
I am wailing for fused silica glass to finish it and it will mount on the front of the rain gauge.
My Tx unit is mains operated with battery backup and automatic change over to solar panel charging in the event of mains failure.
That just about covers the TX side of things and I must express my thanks for all the assistance given without question to some of my issues throughout construction.
Werk, the concept is brilliant and appears to be ever evolving!! Thanks again.
