This is the metric version (0,2mm), but comes with a very short cable.
Very nice!! Happy fourth anniversary to your WeatherDuino Pro2. I think you should celebrate with a bottle (or two!) of wine...

So far as I can see a complete Vantage Vue, cheap end of the Davis range, but I expect the rain gauge, is just a tipping bucket/reed switch, the anemometer a reed switch, the wind vane a potentiometer, and the T/H sensor based on a SHT10, so at this price someone might like to have a go and fit it onto weatherduino electronics, still a better bet than the FO stuff (though not by much I think)

Research grade anemometer

It seems that it generates a pulse signal. Need to check with Werk if it will definitely work.

Davis anemometer and wind vane, together with the rest of the station which you could sell back onto ebay. It might go cheaply.

I followed the link very soon after roddyp posted and it really was £280. I can't remember who the seller was then, but it is a different one now.
