Thank you.

it's about the WeatherDuino Wireless Display - v7.4_b006 - Release date: 2024-01-07 - Firmware.

Hello,

I have the same experience with this firmware. I just didn't announce it in January, even though I promised to... Sorry about that.

Best Regards
Zdenek

Thank you Zdenek,

The problem was caused because in v7.4_b006 I changed to uppercase the name of some vars on the Config_Options.h file, and by mistake I added the old v7.4_b005 Config_Options.h file on the v7.4_b006 firmware package. Happily that only has affected te Screen saver function.

Anyway I will apprecite your feedback (from Sun_Dancer too).

Rgs.

Hello, my friend,

Now it is OK, screen saver is functional.  Heart  Good job, thank you.
I am not aware of any other errors.

(It's just that the time synchronization with NTP doesn't start well, but I think my old firewall is a bit angry.
Sometimes it doesn't want to let completely legal packets through - we're both probably too old...  Wink )

Best Regards

Dear Zdenek,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Screen Saver function.

I already have noticed that the time synchronization with NTP not always happen right after a startup or reboot, but after one or two minutes time will be correct. I know why this happens but haven't yet found a nice way to fix it.

Kind regards to you and family.
