Hi Guys

I have just ordered a wireless display PCB from Werk, really looking forward to building it.
I'm going through the parts list and it looks like I have most things but apart from C3 which is a 20uF/16V Tantalum Capacitor, I searched the net for one but can't find!! will a 22uF/16V be OK to use?

Yes, a 22uF/16V cap will be ok. If you don't have a Tantalum capacitor, you can use any polarized capacitor (22uF, 47uF).

I've finished building the wireless display and I'm really pleased with it.
The construction was very easy only took a couple of hours to solder everything in place and program. I have just recently ordered and received the case for it, after searching the forum I found the case I wanted : -

I'm really pleased with how it looks.

Recently on the forum was some talk about reception problems, I am happy to say that it works perfectly in my house with no antenna attached and both antenna on the RX unit are vertical.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad you are pleased with how it works, personally I'm a fan of the Wireless Display units.
Now, is like you have a second portable weather station.

I have had two WD units for some time and find them great units with the only issue having been the occasional "not receiving data" red screen, which I put down to their location and local reception issues. With the latest Pro2 plus v5 software release the problem had appeared to be solved, along with an improved RF efficiency reported by my Rx.
A couple of days ago we had some wild thunderstorms and my Tx unit shut down (which turned out to be water entry to the connections of the outside Temp / Humidity sensor).
I had no notification of the failure on the WD units, and only noticed it in my office where the Rx had an odd looking screen at first glance, which turned out to be the screen saver clock superimposed over the red "not receiving data" screen.
I have replaced the sensor and all is OK again.
Have you any ideas what may be causing the "red" screen not to be displayed on the WD units?? 
In case it is relevant, I have RTC modules installed in the WD's but they have been there for a couple of years.

Hi Jim,
In order to get the memory space required to accommodate the use of the RadioHead library, the "red" screen alert on the WD units had to be removed.
