A question Werk at my farm where this first one is going I have my router working only on MAC addresses for all the devices. How can I find out the MAC address of the wifi module on the RX board.

There is another way too:
Configure the Pro2 PLUS RX software to connect to a WiFi network which allows any connection.
Upload the software, then, with the VP1 switch still in program position, open your serial monitor, the unit will reboot.
After a successful connection, you will see the local IP and the MAC address.

Thanks Werk, that nice to know... I was only playing with this last night, and I did it the same way as Zdenek. I went into my wireless AP and looked for the new connection, then sent at endless ping at the device (ping a.b.c.d -t) and powered it up and down to confirm.

I found it on my DHCP list but it didnt have 12 digits like a normal MAC address. I will try your method thanks Werk
Still waiting on the display GRRRRR oh well
