I think you should check your anemometer, specially the cable, you are getting too frequent spikes. Usually spikes are of great value, this is why in V2.0 software, the anti-spike routine, only tries to determine if the reading is a spike if it is greater than 50 Km/h (~13.9m/s).

Anyway on next software update, there will be the possibility to choose between two anti-spike methods. The currently used in V2.0, and the one used in v1.5 software.
