How to test if the TX board works ??

After programming it, is the TX led blinking? Good sign. Unless the transmitter module is damaged, the TX unit is working.

What about the RX led in the receiver unit. It blinks too? If yes, TX is transmitting.

TXs are working, but nothing is measured ...
