Find a suitable box to host the electronics, often is one of the most difficult part of a project.
Just to give some ideas, I'm going to publish some of my options for casing the RX unit.
Starting by the last one, finished minutes ago:
The front panel dimensions of this box, are just fine to hold the large board of the 20x4 LCD display.
The quality of the plastic is not the better, it's somewhat flexible compared to ABS plastic, but by other side, this one, is very easy to drill and sanding.
Box dimensions: 165x120x70mm
I really like to use this kind of box in my projects, mainly because both front and rear panels are removable, which makes assembling a lot more easy. The RX boards, were designed to be fixed mainly by the long SMA connectors to the rear panel of this type of box.

A detachable front panel is also a vantage when we have to make holes for the LEDs and switches, and cut the plastic to create a window for the 20x4 LCD display.
Everything is assembled just on the rear and front panel.
Here is the final result, still without the half of the box that will close it.
Other flavours will come...
