My first thought was that as I live in the UK where my 50w solar panel struggles to provide enough power for the outdoor WeatherDuino tx during December and January, I don't think those very small solar cells would do well here.....

Tied up tight as a drum. Locked into their app, no option to expand, no flexibility, and, for what you get expensive.
