That's the initial posting that is sent to the serial monitor every time the receiver starts, not the output of the PRINT_DEBUG_WU_UPLOAD .
Well, it will not be easy...
Since the receiver isn't receiving data from the transmitter, it will not pass from the initialization stage, thus it will not run the WU upload routines (which explains why you aren't get anything else from the serial monitor).
You can try to put the receiver in test mode, allowing it to pass the initialization screen, but even doing so I'm sure if we can reach to a conclusion. Try it, and leave the serial monitor open, the first messages from PRINT_DEBUG_WU_UPLOAD only appear after the time defined in the WU upload period.
