Do we have a recommendation yet?
Well. It's too early to make claims as far as durability is concerned but, as stated elsewhere, I have an SHT75 running for the past month and a half and so far I am happy with it.
It's easier to obtain in a more certain to be original version for as little as 30 euros (or 60 australian dollars) and it provides a Serial-2 Wire interface prone to support longer cables than the IC2.
Also, it's fully supported by current WeatherDuino software as it uses the same library of the SHT1X models. It comes with it's own microboard, no need for soldering, although it will require some imagination to craft a suitable connector (features a very thin 1,27mm pitch).
