Problems I had with a SHT10 sensor
#3

I have had problems with the SHT10 sensors that I bought on EBay. During the Summer, if the temperature exceeded 30C, the temperature being received at the RX unit was being reported as -40C. Now we are in the Winter, as soon as the temperature is going below 2C i.e 1.9C, I get the same problem. In both cases I end up having to wait until the temperature gets below 30C or 2C and above, reset the TX unit and Rx unit, to get it all working again.

I am wondering if the SHT10 sensor that I purchased is just a copy of the genuine one and does not have the same temperature operating range.
