Vortex II Wind Sensor with MultiPulse Sensor

Does module RX receive data, is able to send orders of weak voltage?
I think of an excitation of a relay to order an engine 12v, for example to actuate the engine of an astronomical cupola.
I make astrophotography, the systems are very very expensive.

Next software release allows users to program themselves a condition that can turn on or off a relay. (It will be an advanced feature, and requires that the user write a simple line of code in Arduino C++ language).
