How do you configure wifi? 
How does he get on time?
How to combine TX and RX?
I have not found any documentation to explain this.

One important thing I noticed looking to your picture... The RX unit will not work properly without an external 9V power supply.  Without it, a lot of parts on the circuit aren't powered. An external regulated 9V power supply is not an option, it should be used.
Also the TX unit should also be powered by a 12V power supply.

Regarding you questions, please check the user configurable options for each software, and change them to suite your personal installation. After making the required changes, program de Arduinos again.

My error is to have used the wrong software ... I have the version pro2 + not a pro2
I decode the frames of my auriol station. I will continue to do so more easily when I receive the TFT screens in few days. 
On this subject, there are on ebay TFT ILI9341 for arduino and which are not compatible with the needs of our weather station. ....

And the price is a theft...
The only ILI9341 TFT displays that will work with the WeatherDuino Pro2 PLUS, and with the Wireless Display units, are the ones which are exactly equals to the pictures included in the parts list. To avoid confusions, I always try to include pictures of specific parts on the parts list.
