Hi,
I just thought that I would send a post to say that my system is up and running and working fine. Thanks to everyone who has offered help and advise, when I have had problems. I would now like to build the WD unit and a solar/uv sensor unit, so are there any plans for the supply pcbs for for the solar/uv sensor?

Thank you for reporting that your system is up and working fine. Knowing this, always makes me happy. I hope it will give you many years of good service, and pleasure. Certainly building it was an interesting adventure.

Regarding the Solar / UV sensor:
Due to the way the solar sensor works, the value of some parts is highly dependent of the kind of solar cell used. As it's impossible for me, help every singular user with the calculations, what I'm planning is make available, something like an almost ready made kit, which includes all the parts and the solar cell too. I'm already working hard on it, but likely it will not be available before Jun / Jul 2015

        Hi,
Here are a couple of photo's of my sensor setup. you will see that it is mounted on a wooden shed, the temp and humidity sensor is mounted at the back of the solar panel in its shade, being in the shade of the solar panel I am hoping this will help prevent heat being reflected from the felt roof. I am hoping that this will not give to high a reading.
I am in the process of hopefully upgrading the shield using 5"-6" plant pot costers which will be painted black on the inside and white on the outside.

Any comments will be appreciated

Looks good. I notice you mounted the antenna outside of the box. Did you use a standard antenna or some sort of weather proof model?

Hi, it's just a normal antenna but i would suggest using vasaline or silicone to help with the waterproofing.

Thanks for the new pictures, jpg would be better but at least now it's possible to see your assembly. Nice work.
Do you have the RX unit on the shed, or at home? Is it working as it should, no glitches, no lost of contact ?
Sorry for asking, it's just curiosity about how "my little baby" is performing, so far away from home

Another question, sorry: Have you installed the AT45DB011D-SSH-B Flash Memory?
