You have a lot of nice projects on your page, have to say that I'm impressed with your skill for building some of them, the end result is very good, as we can see by the clock.

Regarding those small OLED displays, my experience is little representative, in use 24/7 I only have two, working for near two years, one of them is fully readable like new, the other, while quite readable, after a few months of use, developed what seems like pixels with low bright.

Thank you all for your feedback and thanks Caneira... The DCF clock was my first project, took me a year to build but it was a nice exercise.

I must have had some BAD oled displays...  I'm happy to read here that they DO have a long lifespan...
Maybe I will try to buy from Adafruit for example?

But beside that, I prefer to use color TFT displays... I'm remodeling my Fan controller now with such a display and wifi connection to display the weather forecast etc.
