Throw away ( or resell) the electronics and T/H sensor and the rest will work.

P.S. it is I think the latest Davis anemometer, so the anemometer is recent less than 5 years old. ( the davis groweather in this guise was last made in the 1990's) . It does not matter mine is still good after 20 years, apart from new bearings in the anemometer.
