Hi im having issues with my rx unit this is its first boot and it is just printing

Do you have the tx unit running? IIRC it won't finish booting if it doesn't receive the necessary packets.
You can enable the debug routine which should allow it to boot at least.

Just for testing, try to run your RX unit in test mode, enabling it in RX_Config settings. Please keep in mind that when running in test mode, the RX unit doesn't allow connection with Cumulus or any other weather software.
