Hi,

it seems to me that there must be an enormous amount of stuff deemed as surplus by 'Highways England' etc.  Where does this all go?  Is it sold on, is it dumped?  I have in the past tried to ask these questions directly to the bodies concerned, but I never received any replies.  It would be interesting to know if anyone has any idea .
