Likewise, my WD unit used to frequently display the "red screen" for brief periods - despite being less than 10m from the RX. Since the upgrade to the RadioHead library, I haven't seen the "red screen of death" displayed at all. It's a worthwhile upgrade and I really appreciate Werk taking the effort to continue some development on the older boards.
