A bit expensive with no funnel. Second one a better bet, especially with pyranometer. I must confess if it was me I would get the Misco, it looks great and although only a resolution of 1mm will be very accurate. (generally you build inaccuracy as the resolution increases). Though you would need to build the 5054 top part. But it is only a funnel with a 11.81" ID, a sharp edge to the top of the funnel and a 12" diameter tube. (http://hydrolynx.com/manuals/5054TS.pdf )
