Usually, its not very difficult to make a cutout for the TFT display in any plastic case.
However with some models it is easier than with others. One of the reasons why I prefer the type of enclosure shown in the picture bellow, its because the front and back panels are detachable, which makes the work of making the cutoff a lot easier.

Take the front panel, with a marker mark the cutoff on the back side of the panel. Do it smaller than the visible area of the TFT screen. Use a drill or something else to do the cutoff, then use a thin file to perfect the sides until you get the perfect size for the TFT display.
