It's a Arduino ATmega32u4 with a Z8300 Quad Core 1.8GHz that runs windows 10. It may be possible to have a windows box and a WeatherDuino Pro RX unit all in one
Nice with W10. Although I prefer and use W10 for productivity applications, somehow, I think Linux is better-suited to being a dedicated weather-service server.
The Pi Zero looks great (low power consumption and cost, high power and loads of RAM), but not having built-in network (wired or wireless) is a big disadvantage.
The Pi3 [Model B] looks good, though more expensive, more power, ...
