Yes you will better appreciate the "volume" of what you have build. For instance, you have a heatsink on the regulator - this takes space and will have an impact on how you mount it.
If you look at my first TX case, you will see it.

moreover, do not underestimate the space taken by the connectors to the various sensors and the power supply. You will have to make a choice when it comes to select those connectors.
