After having recently built a WeatherDuino Pro2 system, I agree with Werk_AG's comments. Get into the construction side of things first and then settle on an enclosure once you have all of the components and the boards have been assembled.

Yes you will better appreciate the "volume" of what you have build. For instance, you have a heatsink on the regulator - this takes space and will have an impact on how you mount it.
If you look at my first TX case, you will see it.

moreover, do not underestimate the space taken by the connectors to the various sensors and the power supply. You will have to make a choice when it comes to select those connectors.
