Thanks for the config files, they seem ok for the sensors you are using.
Despite it was nothing to do with the reported problem, the number format for latitude and longitude, should be an integer in tenths of degrees (based in you Config_RX.ini file, it should be: #define LATITUDE 12, #define LONGITUDE 10387)
At this point, the most probable cause of the problem is a faulty transmitter module.
If you have any of those TV / Radio pens, you could use it with the SDR sharp software and check if the transmitter is sending. An old AM radio may be enough to allow listen some beeps each time the transmitter modules sends a packet.
Anyway, replacing the transmitter module is possibly the simpler procedure.
