Your anemometer / vane is not directly supported, but using this wiring it should work.
For your anemometer, you may also need to know the wind speed correspondent to 1 click / revolution, and make the necessary changes in the software.
TX board wind RJ12 connector
Pin3 (GND, for anemoter and vane) - GN Vane, RD Anemoter
Pin 4 (Anemometer) - WH Anemometer
Pin 5 (Vane, from variable resistor) - BK Vane
Pin 6 ( 5V, for vane) - RD Vane
Don't use R4, C2 and C3
I have available this small board adapter, which allow an easy connection between almost all kinds of supported wind instruments (and others, as we are seeing) and the WeatherDuino TX board (any version).
