Currently the Wireless Display units, can show the power supply voltage for TX unit 0 and TX unit 1, but there isn't any alarm function.
Regarding the RX unit, I think you can get what you want without any hardware or software changes. You may just add a small digital voltmeter display to the output of your battery pack.
For less than 2€, something like this will do the job:
