I decided to source from a Chinese supplier, it is substantially cheaper and this is a hobby after all! I made an order with LCSC  and added all the parts needed whether you are using either radio, also in the basket is the US RFM95 radio so you should add the correct radios for your locality (LCSC has the 433 mhz version as well).

Here is a .csv that has all the LCSC part numbers and quantities, simply upload it through their BOM tool and add to your cart to see all the components and their information, right click the link below and replace .txt with .csv:

I couldn't upload the file with the .csv file extension.

I believe I have all the part values correct but if someone notices an error let me know and I will correct the csv file, my hope is that others can use this file as a convenient way to place the order without spending the time it takes to select each needed part.
