Good morning to all,

I updated the first page of the thread with schematics and so on to build the v1.3 since it is pretty simple and can be done without any PCB.

It works fine as it is when using proper batteries and devices.
I think it is rather a fault / design problem of the small XL6009 module so it can not regulate its output properly if there is not a defined input voltage.
