Hello everyone,
I want to introduce the WeatherDuinoPi. The WeatherDuinoPi is a Raspberry (Zero W) with a raspbian (lite) operating system ready for perfectly supporting the WeatherDuino system.
The WeatherDuinoPi supports your WeatherDuino with the following features:
- Running CumulusMX or WeeWx
- Running the WeatherDuino logging script for full precision records of all data
- Arduino IDE for updates of the RX Station
Optional:
- Introduces an option for updating TX modules over LAN
Wi-Fi has to be connected to your local Wi-Fi or you have to run the system in AP mode to connect with your Laptop
- Enabling a larger display for your WeatherDuino
Can be achieved by displaying the CumulusMX main page or the WeatherDuino webserver.
I created this tutorial during the setup of my WeatherDuinoPi maybe it will be useful for someone in future.
If you have further comments or questions I would be pleased if you could post it, that I can improve the tutorial.
Regards,
engolling
