Just to try to discard possibilities, there is some things you can try.

Does your transmitter unit is already working and sending data? If not, try to start the receiver is test mode.

You can also enable some of the debug options just to check if the unit initializes. Try first

What type of sensor are you using for ATM and inside T/H?
From your Config_Options.h it should be an BME280, is that right?

Yes, it's the BME280 as sensor.
Changing to test mode and enabling the debugging has at least made the COM LED intermittent, but display is still intermittent plain white.

The wi-fi is not showing up on scanning my network. Does it not work in "test" mode? Though trying with Test Mode=false I still can't see the wi-fi .

I've tried to copy serial monitor output as hex, but no luck
