New firmware upgrade for the 4Pro Dual Band Receiver

WeatherDuino_4PESP32_RX_v6.3_b001 - Release date: 2023-01-05

- New feature: Users can now fetch almost all weather data from the receiver in JSON format. To know how to, click here.
- Fixed a bug in webpage which does not correctly show temperatures when user select ºF as temperature unit.
