Exactly, I received this message after removing the RTC from the plate. (Plate without DS3231):

Code:
00:39:31.439 -> Set tcp server timout 30 seconds

00:39:31.474 -> RTC current date: Apr 24 2018

00:39:31.474 -> RTC current time: 23:46:39

00:39:31.509 -> Sending NTP request to sync clock...

NTP replied

00:39:31.613 -> UTC time from NTP server: 22:39:29

00:39:31.613 -> RTC adjusted to local time: 23:39:29

WiFi connection is ON

Well, I'm ordering another RTC.
