IMHO, yes. They will probably include the (necessary) 5 volt regulator which the (cheap) 6-pin devices may not. Note the basic BME280 sensor is only 3.3 volt tolerant!
Here is another recent thread where much of this was discussed. For a "Chinese" BME280 (breakout board) you should expect to pay at least US$ 4 and for a "branded" version at least $15.
