I personally think that dome cameras are not suitable for weather purposes. Their watertightness is based
on hanging from above, but we need it upside down ...
But I like the tip of HIKVISION, I found, for example, this one:
HIKVISION DS-2CD1021-I 2.8mm - it cost USD 70.00
But with another purchase I will wait, because Chinese technicians are now solving the issue of a possible upgrade
(they promised FTP, but it is not). Meanwhile, I managed to get an image from the last one over http into my Raspbian,
so I can will compare the output quality of the last camera to the one I am using.
