Yes it is true, Astroradio have this type of equipment. I've made ​​several purchases in their store, and have always had good service. They do ship to Portugal in 48 hours.

I know Argent from radio parts and so far I heard no complains about them. Although for Portugal and Brasil they advise to use express mail.
