How to power the TX board? - syngve - 11-09-2015
Hello.
I have a newbie question that makes me confused.
I have tried to search the forum and I have even try to google my question but with no conclusion.
What I wonder is how do you do a proper power connection
to the board?
There is one gnd (-) and one 12v (+) and one battery (+).
Do you need all three connected?
The supposed battery connection, is it 12v + from a battery? And the 12v + from a power supply?
Another question is about choosing good connectors for the power input and the sensors.
Any recommendations?

Hi,
With regards to connectors I have used pcb headers which are also keyed so you wont mix up the wiring, they also come in different pin configurations
Ebay item No 400344210802 are the type I have used
Ps
I have also used DuPont connectors which come in male, female and a mixture configuration in different lengths.
Note if you are going to use the wireless display werk recommends using connections as short as possible

If you are going to power from a 12v supply (wall wart or similar) tie battery and 12v + together and put on positive on the supply and negative to negative. See:

Thanks. That's what I thought but it was very unclear for me.
