Voted "fully assembled" as I have built hundreds of kits in my time and finding it a little difficult to see some smaller components. If I were just starting out in electronics. I would vote for a kit and if I were broke and had lots of time, just the boards. So it all depends on your circumstance. Why not just have ALL OPTIONS on the table - it's a big world!

May not be the most voted option, but for now is the best I can do:
There are now available a very limited quantity of fully assembled RX boards.
No plans for having fully assembled TX or WD boards.
