I recommend to read WeatherDuino WiKi at http://wiki.weatherduino.com/pro2_compact_receiver
There are detailed instructions there about adding the WeMos D1 R2 & mini (with reference to http://wiki.weatherduino.com/programming_weatherduino_devices )
