Meteorological day change over - Barrow4491 - 26-03-2018

Werk,
I have noticed something strange lately with the timing of the meteorological time of day change over. 
My system is set for 0900 hours and when I retired last night at 2130 it read rainfall of 29 mm and when I rose this morning it read 0, so it must have changed over some time during that period. I have checked the settings in the config file and they are OK.
As I said I am going to be away from today until  the 09/04/18.Any ideas??
