Your box seems very cool! I should have enough space to integrate my Pi3 into my existing RX soon.

I followed the steps and I am all good to start and synchronise the time automatically now! It takes a few minutes after reboot is complete and eventually it get in synch.
I also installed the start/stop script, it is now integrated to my crontab and works well too! So no need of a screen anymore, I can control CumulusMX and the Pi3 via SSH and wifi - lovely !

I downloaded Raspbian last night and downloaded the full version without having given it much thought. Then I wondered whether I should have downloaded the Lite version instead. Wizza has used NOOBS, so he will have the Lite version. What have others installed? Is there any compelling reason to install the full version. I'm thinking that there is more merit in installing the Lite version.

Hi spuds, If I recall correctly, I seem to remember downloading the full version with NOOBS, having the WindowsX GUI included with it. The file I downloaded was NOOBS_v1_9_0.zip and it was 1044Mb in size. Is that what you got..???

The NOOBS exists in two versions too - NOOBS and NOOBS Lite ...
I have now 4 Raspberry Pi and every time I've installed the full versions Raspbian (Weezy or Jessie), because the SD cards are large enough. And for Cumulus MX server I'm using HDD 500GB
Never you know what you will need in your system ...

If you download the full Raspbian without going via NOOBS, it is a 1.3GB download. I was going by this guide and it states

Hi Graeme, I checked which download I was using this morning. I grabbed the "non-Lite" version. The filename was "NOOBS_v1_9_0.zip" which is 1044Mb in size. I see just now that ver 1.9.2 is now out.

I got the RPi3 and CumulusMX operational last night. I did have a bit of trouble getting CumulusMX talking to the WeatherDuino and managed to find some information advising that the Serial Port name in Station Settings (in CumulusMX) needs to be set to "/dev/ttyUSB0" (or 1 or 2 or 3, depending on which USB port the RX unit is connected to the RPi3 by), rather than "COM15" for a PC connection. It all sprang to life once I'd made that change. Werk - it would be useful if this bit of information was added to the "v2.0 Software - Cumulus 1 and CumulusMX configuration" thread.

You may be right. I did not add that info before, because it is more related to the Operating System in use than with CumulusMX itself.
