What is the reason for your statement:-

I have found a maker who will print an ASA version of your case. But I need to know before I pay for it to be made, whether there is room for the AQMll pcb with a CO2 sensor fitted to go into the enclosure at the top.

No. this version is only fo AQM ver. I

New case for AQM II with Co2 will be available soon (about 1-2 weeks)
