The Adafriut 6 pin ones can do SPI as well as I2C.  They also would allow you to change the I2C address.
The only benefit would be if you wanted to run 2 simultaneously.

IMHO, yes.  They will probably include the (necessary) 5 volt regulator which the (cheap) 6-pin devices may not.  Note the basic BME280 sensor  is only 3.3 volt tolerant!

Here is another recent thread where much of this was discussed.  For a "Chinese" BME280 (breakout board) you should expect to pay at least US$ 4 and for  a "branded" version at least $15.

Hi Alan,

Please note that on Pro2 PLUS the BME280 is powered by 3.3V and the PCB already includes two MOSFET transistors to act as logic level converters on the SDA / SCL lines, so its perfectly safe using those 6 pins BME280 modules.
