Is that over 100 UKPounds for the two parts? That's almost twice what my RG-11 cost in total. Admitted it was some years ago when the Pound was stronger, also Hydreon shipped it via regular US Post and I was "lucky" for the parcel to get through without any VAT/duty charge (as do most shipments from China). Sadly the charge by the shipping agents for
collecting the VAT/Duty is often higher than the tax itself.
But if you're not happy about shipping an RG-11 in from USA then perhaps talk to
Prodata about the cost of their shipping (free in UK). In any case their website is a useful resource for details about the RG-11.
BTW this is not a "recommendation" to use the RG-11 or Prodata (I have no connection with either company), just informing of options that might be of interest.
Cheers, Alan.
