Hi,
I seem to have a problem with the data logger on my 4Pro rx. This morning my raspberry pi that runs Cumulus MX stopped working and froze I reset it and it all started to work again. When I checked the graphs there was no data for the last 5 hours. I ran the flash_write_test programme and this is the result,

Any Ideas?
Hi,
You did the right test! From it I can see that currently the system isn't able to read data from the logger chip, and probably isn't able to write to it too.
The chip may have been damaged (very unlikely), the most likely is that some of the pins are in bad contact. For now don't replace the chip, first carefully try to reheat the solder of each of the pins. If you have some solder flux at home, apply some to all the pins before reheating them. After this operation, run the flash_write_test programme again. If everything went well, instead of the strange chars, you will see the text: "WeatherDuino 4Pro Dual Band"
If you need help identifying which chip is dataloger, please let me know.

Thanks for the quick reply, if you could point me in the right direction to which chip is the datalogger it would be helpful

Thanks, Steve
Had a look at the circuit board Today and a couple of the pins looked like the solder hadn't flowed under the contacts,

I re-soldered the pins and ran the flash_write_test and this was the result,

I think this is looking OK now

Hi Steve,
You did a great job!

Very good macro picture.
Yes, it is now working as it should.
Thank you.
