Have a look here,

I used them years ago for printing patterns for a pewter spin casting machine.

They might be worth a go especially for small bits. They print in a number of different materials;

It's perfect and probably of better quality, but to make one piece of anything at home and right now it's just something else ...  Wink
Progress.
Maybe next week will be ready.

Hi Jarekh,

do you have any suggestions how the make the housing of the AQM board waterproof or to prevent it from intruding water.

For example, gasket or silicone:

I am worried about the power plug.....
Do you mean the hollow DC plug?
If you install a opening for draining I don't see a very huge problem. The main problem I see is how to keep insects and dirt out of the housing.

Maybe it is also easier to make the housing tight and install a cable gland.

Regards
I'm thinking about using a cable gland.

In the issue of insects, you can apply roll mesh.
Uff....  First prototype:

Hi Jarek
Great effort and well done. I have been waiting for your design to be to the publishing stage. Any thoughts when this will be available to print. The other designs I have printed and are in use. Far more professional looking than adapting standard jiffy box type enclosures.
Regards
Ian
