While it's possible, I think it's more likely a resistor or capacitor could be in the wrong place.

Hmm. I think I've only added one capacitor to the board (a 100uF electrolytic, for the output of the 3.3V regulator). The rest of the passive components were already soldered surface-mounted SMD things on the board as supplied by Werk.

I've noticed, using a magnifying glass, that the values of the SMD resistors don't match the values on the schematic. They're the same order of magnitude though, so I thought it should be ok.
